Tal Zlotnitsky, a trailblazer in the software as a service, supply chain and financial technology industries, has been at the forefront of innovation for nearly three decades. From his start as a 19-year-old entrepreneur to his current roles as Senior Principal Consultant & Strategic Transformation Advisor for Business Process Re-Engineering with global technology firm Infosys, and as founder & co-chairman of health, training, and engagement startup OLC Inc., parent company of Our.Love, Tal has demonstrated a keen ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Tal's past ventures include co-founding and leading iControl Data, a leading financial technology service provider and bespoke retail technology pioneer backed by Goldman Sachs. He co-founded and led pay-by-phone self-parking pioneer iControl Mobile Payments, which was sold in 2010 and is now part of ParkMobile. Additionally, he has served as CEO of TSP payment company Syncronex, and co-founded and served as chairman and CEO of print and digital media DSD wholesalers Current News and NewsOne, sold in 2009 and 2008 respectively. He has also been an investor in MAGI Foods, and an investor and board member for micro-fulfillment pioneer Ugo and DTC travel pillow & accessory company JetComfy. He currently serves on the University of South Tampa's Muma School of Business Executive Advisory Board.
A lifelong learner and advocate for change, Tal's passion for activism is rooted in his own experiences as a low-income, initially undocumented immigrant in the United States. He was an early and active supporter of the historical candidacy of Barack Obama, and was invited to speak to the press in front of the White House in 2012 on behalf of the Obama Administration. As a father of a gay service member, Tal is also a vocal supporter of causes that benefit military families and the LGBTQ community. He was a member of the policy advisory committees on tax policy, immigration, and small business for the presidential campaign of Pete Buttigieg.
A resident of Tampa, Florida, Tal is also a former semi-pro baseball player and recreational soccer player, as well as a proud father and grandfather. He continues to be driven by the desire to relentlessly seek to become a better version of himself in all aspects of life, including business, relationships, leadership, family, and community.
